I never write reviews but this store really deserves one. May 12th 2018 day before Mother's Day I called the Elkins store and asked the manager if they delivered flowers. They said they didn't have a delivery service. I live in a small town in Kansas and my mother is 80 years old and knew she shops at Harps, and I wanted her to have fresh flowers for Morher's Day. The manager and Megan in floral went way above and beyond their job to see my mother got a beautiful arrangement of flowers set on her door step! Megan went after she was off duty and delivered those flowers and even called me to let me know she did. Then my mother called me to thank me and say how pretty they were. I don't even live in the state but anyone around the Elkins area are so lucky to have such caring people that I have never even met. My hopes are that the owners will see this review and reward these employee's some way or some how. Wish I had a Harps in my area! God bless.
